worst visit to any hotel ever. how do you offer a jacuzzi room that doesn't work? no indication that the tub has been inoperable since November 2023. it's being offered on the website, so that's what my wife and I expected to get. it was my 50th valentine birthday and it was a very disappointing surprise. hilton needs to be aware of what's going on at their properties. it's false advertisement and is not right. so don't reserve a jacuzzi whirlpool suite here they haven't been in operation since November 2023. SO PETTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Hotel was fine, warm shower, quiet A/C, comfortable bed. Everything was fine until I went down to get an English muffin and some juice before heading out. The server lady kept hovering over my shoulder, didn't say anything until my English muffin popped then asked me if I'd be charging it to my room. I've stayed at plenty of Hilton Gardens and the little breakfast table is always included, just the warm meals behind the counter are additional. Wish she had just said something while she hovered for 5 min instead of waiting until my food was ready. As a gold member that comes to Charlotte frequently for business, that interaction alone is enough for me to choose a different place to stay in the future

Do not ignore Jimmy Cassity’s review. Property crime is very much a problem. One of our vehicles were broken into by criminals that stole items out of the truck and created a gigantic inconvenience and headache for us when we woke up to check out. Staff was mostly unconcerned and we were left to pick up the pieces. Some staff were nice. Others not so much. Rooms were not cleaned at all and toilet paper was not restocked. Additionally, the breakfast was not good and overpriced. It should be included in the room for that level of quality. Rooms were okay. That at least wasn’t bad. Think twice about choosing this hotel. I did not, and it was a big stain on what was otherwise a lovely trip.

If there were a hotel you felt sad leaving this was it. my family and l stayed at this hotel for and extended stay the staff was so helpful and friendly they really made a tough situation a breeze. the desk staff bentover backwards to make sure my nightmare did not continue under their watch my sister and my nieces absolutely loved staying there and so did l. it would be a disservice to name individuals because the entire staff from top to bottom were topnotch. l have traveled all over the country and l have stayed at other upscale hotels this one was the best hands down l could not have asked for more and l felt bad that l could not stay longer.

Hotel smelled horrible. So many smokers everywhere. Our room reeked so much like smoke even though it was nonsmoking and I couldn't wait to checkout. If I had gotten in earlier in the day I would have switched hotels. The hotel across the street is much newer and nicer I would never stay here again. The manager on duty was nice and helpful though.

Fine Hilton stay except the rooms listed on the site are not what's reflected in the hotel, such as suites with tubs that don't work. No communication that this is the case ahead of time. Promises of breakfast vouchers that don't happen to make amends and then miscommunication between employees to make things right. Not a good look.
